Steering column alignment

When I removed Red Bull's steering wheel I noticed that the mark on the column was in the 3 o'clock position. Isn't it meant to be at 12 o'clock? I'd suggest someone (who didn't know what they were doing) has pulled the box and incorrectly re-installed. And although I haven't checked it yet, I suspect the self-cancelling indicators will be all messed up! Am I correct?

Yes Geoff is correct. I'm just trying to consolidate and get some minor repairs done while my place is on the market. When it sells and I move that's when the bigger stuff will happen...
