Courtesy of the Internet Magazine "Winding Road", this is a run-down on the brand spanking new Wraith. I haven't at this stage read the article properly, but the technology is mind boggling. The feature to come to mind immediately is the Automatic transmission that will be hooked up to the satellite system, directing the gearbox to change to suitable ratios according to road conditions up ahead. I am shaking my head in bewilderment. Regards Styria (wonder if there is anything else that I haven't come across so far.)

And like the most recent vesions of the Ghost it can see around corners at a cross road. Give it 5 years and most cars will do that too.
Of course it could be interesting if you need to re-boot the computers as you drive...I have greater faith in mechanical engineering than in electronic engineering.

European pricing at $300,000 odd dollars

Does that mean multiply by two or three for Australia?

Hi Craig, it is utterly amazing. If and when this technology becomes available with the savings in fuel, and the increases in power, you have to ask yourself if there is really any need for hybrid technology. Mind you, having said that, I guess there is no reason why the system now being perfected cannot be used under hybrid conditions as well. Fascinating. Incidentally, is the Koenigsegg system similar to pneumatically controlled valves as in F1 technology ? Regards Styria
