I would say so Styria he has several hundred cars on his collection web page. And has not been recorded as ever selling what he buys. I believe he has a couple of warehouses that he stores them in.

It is ironic how most big collectors do so over several decades and end up with warehouses upon warehouses of vehicles and then...
either they get older and wiser and then decide to sell most of the collection because they can't enjoy it anymore or they kick the bucket and it goes to auction and the wheel turns around again while some other collector is building his own warehouses full of collector cars.

Yes but as long as they show them for public to enjoy . Great when they hide them from the world not so great. Jay shows his cars

Yes but at least with his web page and taking random cars to shows . The public get to see then. Not hidden from the world never to be seen again. Which unfortunately seems to be the fate off the elusive 136PY.
