hot starting miss

I have developed a mostly hot start problem. S L 280. The 110 engine engine runs 100 % , returned 11 L /100 K ( at 80 to 110ks P/H. ) on a 3 day trip thru the Snowey Mountains. Brim to brim in tank and checked with Sat Nav. But ,... after sitting hot for a little while it starts on 4 or 5 cylinders , needs wide open throttle to clear, takes a couple of seconds. On an odd occasion the same cold , though starting is instant. Could it be injectors leaking or the cold start valve opening when it shouldn't ? Any one in Sydney with the proper test equippment ?

Sounds like injectors or maybe fuel accumulator .
