Don't know if anyone much has looked at this video, but guys please do so. There are just so many old film clips (presumably genuine), full of tradition and nostalgia. For instance, there is a short section on a radial aircraft engine - surely a masterpiece of technology. Air cooled and all, and perhaps even just a simple two stroke engine. I can't be sure about that. Just as an aside, does anyone remember the Denning Coaches of some thirty years ago - they were all powered by turbo charged two stroke engines.
Then think of the BMW workforce - about 1200 in 1932, at the time of the great depression, 12000 some two years later. Then also look at the 1936 326 Cabriolet - more than likely not in the league of a 500K or 540K, but nevertheless a very pretty and handsome machine. Then also have a look at one of the race segments and observe the location of the spectators - today's authorities would die of heart failure on the spot. As I said, don't miss out on this video. Also, just thought about this - some nice shots of countryside and pockets of city areas. Regards Styria
