unknown sorry, the cars are all left hookers so Eastern block maybe? Africa? Middle East? You could make a long list of people at the time who needed protection in these countries.

Looks like all 4 of those blue ones have flag holders (or machine gun ports).

I love how the attackers only mainly hit the glass and left the chrome and anodised trim alone. Thoughtful aren't they.

My own flag holder looks like that, one piece that is fitted to the guard (like in the pic) into which the 'pole' clips in...
