Hasnt got fox ear head rests, and its got 126 seats (hollowed out back) Other than that, yeah. I wouldnt have it, but theres people out there that will.

Hi 116Benz, I tend to be in agreement with you - but I also think that 1:43 is somewhat too small for my liking these days.

What I find remarkable is that this ebay seller situated in good 'old' Vienna is making these models himself - he refers to the fact that Minichamps are not yet on the scene. Four door 116 Cabriolets - I have only ever seen a couple (one on 'topklasse' just recently - submitted by Des but since written off) and one that was mentioned, not featured, in the M100 Lode Star magazine some years ago.

It looked great, but I don't think anyone knows its whereabouts today or what actually happened to it in the end. Maybe someone like CraigS or Ron B. can shed some light on that New York based 6.9. Regards Styria

That gold one looks like it's based on a Minichamps one, well excecuted and nicely presented, but just not my thing. However, I'll bet someone will do a similiar job to a Revell 1:18 450SEL when they hit the market.
