Potential parking problems in this spot, unfortunately.

If a severe thunderstorm happens, the road will be flooded.
With the wheels that close to the kerb, lots of small debris will accumulate around the tyre.
Besides, it was parked over a stormwater inlet grate!!

(Road designers know these things.)
