15 inch steering wheel with OBA large spline Hub.

I have for sale a 15 inch steering wheel (with steering wheel cover) fitted to an OBA large spline hub ('78 onwards) that is collapsible and ADR approved. (The wheel is branded Luisi.)
The wheel was on my 280SE and is great for racing as it is more direct than the standard 17 inch wheel.

It has a Mercedes emblem in the centre of the wheel.
The hub is in perfect condition and the wheel only shows wear on the thumb grips but is still in very good condition.
Just bolt it on and go, nothing extra needed.
Price is $120 and freight by Fastway Couriers would range from $15 to $35 extra depending where you live.

No, not timber. It is padded vinyl.
I can't take the cover off as it was tight when I put it on 2 years ago. I would have to cut it off.
It has a great thick feel to it, much better for racing!!!!....LOL

It may be worth it just to buy the 'hub'.

One can always buy almost any used BMW wheel or Momo from most wreckers and they will bolt on.

Hubs are of course the more scarce item and to get a new Momo unit is not cheap.

I'd more or less guarantee that the leather underneath the synthetic material and sponge backing that these covers are made from, would by now be more or less parchment.
